Miette is a visual artist from a small town in Massachusetts who is currently working out of a small town in Wisconsin. Growing up, stories were a big part of her artistic landscape and storytelling is often at the root of her visual artwork. Miette is a creative writer and reader, as well as a visual artist and has worked as one of the managing editors of the Beloit Fiction Journal as well as a writing tutor at the Beloit College Writing Center.
