Zoom meeting
This class will focus solely on setting up a page on your website for COVID updates, which can later be renamed for any future emergencies, as well as dealing with your canceled calendar events.
Everyone who can work on your website is encouraged to join. No RSVP is necessary.
If you cannot attend the meeting while it's happening, we recorded the session for later viewing.

We are holding another website training on Friday at 10:00 AM, which will focus on Page Sections and general website editing. This training class is being offered to ALL MWW customers, as opposed to just the towns.

Original message:
We have been helping some of you post COVID-19 information on your websites this past week, and thought we might offer a free, online interactive training session to towns (and school) on building a special page on your site and what to put on it that is helpful and easy to manage; keeping on top of canceled meetings and sharing the important ones; and a quick training on the bulk emailer functionality. We estimate it could run between 90-minutes and two hours.
This session would be over Zoom, an online video conferencing tool, which means you'll need decent connectivity (no dishes or modems) and speakers or head phones. If you have a mic on your machine, that will help you ask questions. Those who don't, or prefer to type, there is also a text chat room.
We will offer this during daytime hours this week, at a date and time convenient to most. If there's a real disparity, we may hold two.
If you are interested in participating please fill out the form, below.

Please note: A couple people write back saying the form didn't work. Please try again.
Stay healthy, and thank you for all that you do.
(BTW, if you don't have the resources to set up such a page, let us know and we'll help.)
Thanks,
Mik & Donna
