RocketFusion University: Towns Edition

This will be a free, special RocketFusion training for town staff and volunteers.

Two classes will be held:

• Tuesday, January 5th at 10:00 AM
• Thursday, January 7th at 3:00 PM

Classes are one hour long each, and both will cover the same topics, including:

• Creating recurring board / committee meetings through December
• Managing agendas and minutes files
• A quick look at the optional Agendas Module, which can automate aspects of and granularize your meeting agendas and minutes, which can eventually provide voting and attendance reports
• Other government related workflows if they arise

Both classes will be recorded, edited for brevity, and added to the help pop-up for the Government and Files Modules. You can always find the help pop-up, if you are logged in, by looking for the blue Help button on the right end of the management button bar, where you usually find the red Edit button.
