Crocker.com is closing down email service on December 15!
Montague WebWorks now offering @WesternMass.net email addresses
Local fiber optic Internet access provider Access+ purchased Crocker.com in late 2024, and is now retiring its email hosting service. There is about four and a half months left for Crocker customers to move their email to a new email provider, whether it be a big company like Gmail or Outlook, or a small one, like us!
Montague WebWorks is now offering @WesternMass.net email accounts at $5/mo, paid annually.

AccessPlus is retiring all hosted Crocker email services effective December 15, 2026.
We appreciate the trust customers have placed in Crocker.com email over the years. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue our hosted email service and focus on the communications and connectivity services that are central to our business.
We understand that changing email providers takes time, which is why we are providing advance notice and resources beginning June 2026 to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
After December 15th, your Crocker email accounts will no longer be able to send or receive email, and mailbox access will be permanently discontinued. AccessPlus will not be offering a replacement email platform, and you will need to transition to a third-party email provider of your choice. Once you have a new email set up, email Customer Care to cancel your service.
If you have a Crocker.com email address or know someone who does, and they don't want to move to Gmail or one of the big email services like that, get in touch with us.
